About Us

 

Founded by Diana McKnight, a motivational speaker, facilitator, certified consultant and Advisory Board member of The Professional Woman Network International.  McKnight offers her expertise specializing in areas concerning, Women's Issues, Diversity, Customer Service, Economic  Empowerment and Emotional Wellness and works as a Business and Mentor Coach receiving training toward certification through Coach Training Alliance.  

McKnight's previous experience includes developing training modules for bank employees, savings and loan liquidatior and public relations for a major health care provider.  As the previous owner of a successful women's boutique for ten years in the Pacific Northwest, McKnight believes PWNNW will provide emotional stability and a support system for women seeking fulfillment and positive results in their lives.
 
Realizing that success does not include wearing a   business suit and becoming one of the boys, McKnight experience helps as she encourages women who are redefining their roles and shaping their lives. "I believe, says McKnight, that inequality does exist in the playing field for the woman who finds it important to maintain her femininity while climbing the ladder of success."  With organizations like PWNNW, women may find other women who offer support and a sense of self worth, while promoting programs that  facilitate the growing needs of women seeking equality and inclusion as well as voices in their communities.
